Der Cadillac V16 des amerikanischen Fahrzeugproduzenten Cadillac war der weltweit erste PKW in Serienproduktion mit einem 16-Zylinder-V-Motor. Der Motor leistet 165 PS und besitzt einen Hubraum von 7,4 Liter. Zwischen 1930 und 1937 wurden 4387 Stück gebaut, der Preis lag bei 5950–9200 US-Dollar, je nach Modell.

Gut erhaltene Exemplare der 1930er-Produktion erreichen heutzutage einen Marktwert bis zu 500.000 US-Dollar.
