Chaldoran (persischچالدران‎,DMG Čāldirān, auch Çaldıran, Çaldiran, Tschāldirān, Tschaldiran, Seyah Cheshmeh (persischسيه چشمه‎) oder Siah Cheshmeh und Kara Aineh, auf deutsch Schwarze Quelle) ist eine Stadt im Norden der iranischen Provinz West-Aserbaidschan. Sie liegt nordwestlich der Provinzhauptstadt Täbris. Im Jahre 2006 hatte Chaldoran ca. 33.000 Einwohner.

Auf der engen Ebene bei Chaldoran fanden am 23. August 1514 die entscheidenden Kampfhandlungen der Schlacht von Tschaldiran statt.

In der Nähe der Stadt befindet sich das Kloster Sankt Thaddäus mit der berühmten Schwarzen Kirche (Kara Kilise).

In der türkischen Provinz Van gibt es einen gleichnamigen Landkreis Çaldıran.
