Der Müller-Hinton-Agar ist ein mikrobiologisches Nährmedium, welches normalerweise benutzt wird, um Antibiotikum-Resistenzen zu testen sowie um Neisserien oder Moraxellen anzuzüchten.

5 % Schafsblut wird außerdem hinzugefügt, wenn man Streptokokken oder Campylobacter testet.
