Der Tinkisso ist ein 570 km langer Fluss in Guinea (Westafrika).

Er entspringt im Fouta Djallon, fließt nach Nord-Osten und sodann nach Osten. Auf der Höhe von Siguiri mündet er in den Niger.

Der stark mäandrierende Tinkisso hat einen regelmäßigen und starken Abfluss (181 m³/s im jährlichen Mittel) und entwässert ein Becken von 18.700 km².
