Chungli, auch Jhongli oder Zhongli (chinesisch 中壢市 / 中坜市 Zhōnglì Shì, Tongyong Pinyin jhōnglì Shìh, W.-G. Chung-li shih, Zhuyin ㄓㄨㄥ ㄌ一ˋ ㄕˋ), ist eine Stadt im Landkreis Taoyuan im Nordwesten der Republik China auf Taiwan mit gut 350.000 Einwohnern und einer Fläche von 76,52 km².

Die Stadt hat keine touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu bieten. Es wohnen hier vorwiegend Pendler, die in Taipeh und den umliegenden Gewerbeparks arbeiten. Dazu nutzen sie Züge der Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahn HSR, deren Station Taoyuan sich in Chungli befindet, oder die angrenzende Autobahn National Highway No. 1 per Bus oder Auto. Ganz in der Nähe liegt der große Flughafen Taipeh-Taiwan Taoyuan.

In Chungli gibt es 3 Universitäten, die National Central University, die private Yuan Ze University und die ebenfalls private Chung-Yuan University.
