Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) ist eine Softwareunternehmen aus den Vereinigten Staaten, das unter anderem im Bereich Outsourcing spezialisiert ist.

Der Hauptsitz des Unternehmens befindet sich in Dallas, Texas. ACS wurde 1988 von Darwin Deason gegründet und operiert gegenwärtig, nach der Übernahme durch Xerox, in rund 160 Ländern weltweit. Das Unternehmen ist im S&P 500 gelistet und beschäftigte im Jahre 2009 rund 78.000 Mitarbeiter. Es wird für das Jahr 2009 als Nr. 1122[2] der Forbes Global 2000 und als Nr. 401[3] der Fortune 500 aufgeführt.

Nach der Ankündigung im September 2009, wurde das Unternehmen im Februar 2010 von Xerox für 6.4 Mrd. USD übernommen.[4]
