European Cultural Foundation

Die Europäische Kulturstiftung (European Cultural Foundation), ECF, ist eine unabhängige Stiftung zur Förderung der Kultur in Europa. Sie wurde 1954 von dem Schweizer Philosophen Denis de Rougemont gegründet. Ihr erster Präsident war Robert Schuman. 1960 wurde der Sitz der Stiftung von Genf nach Amsterdam verlegt, wo er sich bis heute befindet.
