Faridabad (Hindi: फ़रीदाबाद Farīdābād) ist die größte Stadt des indischen Bundesstaates Haryana. Sie ist Verwaltungssitz des Distrikts Faridabad, liegt etwas südlich von Delhi und hat etwa 1,4 Millionen Einwohner (Volkszählung 2011).

Faridabad ist eine Industriestadt; hergestellt werden unter anderem Kühlschränke, Schuhe, Motorräder, Autozubehör und Traktoren.

Gegründet wurde die Stadt 1607 von Scheich Farid, dem Schatzmeister von Jahangir, um die durch das Areal führende Straße zu schützen. Damals wurde ein Fort, ein Wasserbecken und eine Moschee erbaut, welche heute nur mehr als Ruinen existieren.

In Faridabad gibt es auch ein SOS-Kinderdorf.
