Das Lied Djelem, djelem (ung. Gyelem, gyelem, serb. und kroat. Đelem, đelem) ist die internationale Hymne der Roma. Der Text der Hymne wurde 1969 von Žarko Jovanović verfasst, der darin die Vertreibung und Ermordung der Roma durch die kroatischen Faschisten, den sog. "schwarzen Legionen" beschreibt. Er basiert auf einem Lied, das während der 1960er Jahre bei den serbischen Roma sehr beliebt war und vermutlich aus Rumänien kommt. Die Melodie stammt von einem Liebeslied der serbischen Roma, das durch den Film Skupljaći Perja von Aleksandar Petrović bekannt geworden ist, in welchem es von Olivera Katarina interpretiert wird.

1971 erklärte es der erste Roma-Weltkongress zur gemeinsamen Hymne der Bewegung.

Da im Romani keine einheitliche Schriftsprache existiert, gibt es verschiedene Textfassungen, die sich auch im Bedeutungsgehalt geringfügig unterscheiden können.
