Immediate Records

Immediate Records war ein britisches Plattenlabel und existierte von 1966 bis 1970.

Geschichte

Andrew Loog Oldham, Manager der Rolling Stones, gründete das Label 1966, um jungen Talenten eine Chance auf dem Plattenmarkt zu geben.

Das Label hatte Künstler wie Small Faces, The Nice, Amen Corner und Chris Farlowe unter Vertrag. Mick Jagger und Keith Richards konnten als Produzenten gewonnen werden.

Im Jahr 1970 wurde Immediate Records nach Veröffentlichung von 28 Alben und 82 Singles aufgelöst.
