Die International Criminal Bar (ICB) oder Barreau Pénal International (BPI) ist eine Vereinigung der vor dem Internationalen Gerichtshof in Den Haag zugelassenen Rechtsanwälte.
Aufgabenstellung ist Sicherung einer freien Rechtstätigkeit der Anwälte vor dem Gerichtshof in absoluter Unabhängigkeit, um unter dieser Voraussetzung den Zeugen und Angeklagten einen gerechten Prozess garantieren zu können. Der ICB unterstützt seine Mitglieder in ethischen Fragen, in Fragen der Gesetzgebung und in der Weiterbildung durch Seminare und Tagungen.
Die Vereinigung wurde am 15. Juni 2002 auf einer Konferenz in Montreal (Kanada) gegründet und hatte ihre erste Hauptversammlung am 21./22. März 2003 in Berlin, zu der 400 Teilnehmer aus mehr als 50 Ländern kamen. Die Mitglieder stammen aus allen fünf Kontinenten. Vier Ratsmitglieder sind als regionale Koordinatoren speziell für Asien, Lateinamerika mit Karibik, Schwarzafrika („Subsahara“) und die arabische Welt zuständig.
Seit 2005 ist der Deutsche Eberhard Kempf ICB-Präsident, der auch bereits zu den Gründungsmitgliedern gehörte.
