Jayne Meadows (* 27. September 1920 in Wuchang, China; als Jayne Cotter) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin.

Sie gab 1946 an der Seite von Katharine Hepburn in Der unbekannte Geliebte ihr Filmdebüt. Ein Jahr später sah man sie in Die Dame im See und als Partnerin von William Powell und Myrna Loy in Das Lied vom dünnen Mann. Ab Anfang der 1950er Jahre trat die Schauspielerin fast nur noch in Fernsehproduktionen wie Mord ist ihr Hobby, Hotel oder Love Boat auf.

Jayne Meadows war von 1954 bis zu seinem Tod 2000 mit dem Schauspieler Steve Allen verheiratet. Das Paar bekam ein gemeinsames Kind. Ihre Schwester war die Schauspielerin Audrey Meadows.

Meadows lebt heute zurückgezogen in Encino, Kalifornien.
