Judith „Judy“ Amoore (* 25. Juni 1940 in Victoria) ist eine ehemalige australische Leichtathletin und Olympionikin.

Bei den australischen Meisterschaften im Februar 1964 erreichte sie einen 3. Platz über 440 Yards und über 880 Yards einen 2. Platz. 1966 konnte sie das Finale über 100 Yards nicht erreichen, gewann aber über 220 Yards den 3. Platz und über 440 Yards den 1. Platz, ebenso wie über 880 Yards. Die Bundesmeisterschaften der Damen in Victoria beendete sie mit 3 ersten Plätzen (220 y. / 440 y. / 880 y.).

Bei den Olympischen Sommerspielen 1964 in Tokio gewann sie in dem erstmals zu den olympischen Disziplinen gehörenden 400-Meter-Lauf die Bronzemedaille hinter der ebenfalls aus Australien stammenden Betty Cuthbert (Gold) und der Britin Ann Elizabeth Packer (Silber).

Bei den British Empire and Commonwealth Games 1966, ausgetragen in Kingston, Jamaika, gewann sie über 440 Yards die Goldmedaille vor der Britin Deirdre Watkinson (Silber) und der Jamaikanerin Una Morris (Bronze), sowie die Silbermedaille über 880 Yards hinter der Kanadierin Abby Hoffmann (Gold) und vor der Britin Anne Smith (Bronze).
