Liuyang (浏阳; Pinyin: Liúyáng) ist eine kreisfreie Stadt der bezirksfreien Stadt Changsha in der chinesischen Provinz Hunan. 1999 zählte sie 1.339.594 Einwohner.[1] Die Stadt ist bekannt für ihre Feuerwerksfabriken.
