Samosas (devanagari: समोसा, samosā; auch सामोसा, sāmosā; Portugiesisch: chamuça) sind Teigtaschen aus Indien und Pakistan, die mit diversen Zutaten gefüllt sein können.

Der Teig ist oft ein traditionelles Weizenmehl-Wassergemisch, in den gekochte beziehungsweise gegarte Speisen gefüllt werden. Typischerweise werden so Essensreste veredelt. Man füllt sie mit den Resten eines Gemüsecurrys, mit Reis und Kartoffeln, aber auch mit Hackfleisch oder Fisch. Sie werden zu Dreiecken zusammengelegt und in siedendem Fett frittiert. Dadurch werden sie nochmals besonders energiereich und sehr würzig im Geschmack.

Sie werden oft als Vorspeise oder im Straßenverkauf als Schnellimbiss serviert.
