Albert Schieppati (* 7. Juni 1981 in Courmayeur) ist ein italienischer Skirennläufer.

Schieppati ist im Zivilberuf Polizist bei den italienischen Carabinieri. Er fährt im Weltcup hauptsächlich Riesenslalom. Sein bisher bestes Ergebnis erreichte der Italiener in Kranjska Gora, als er 2004 im Riesenslalom Zweiter wurde. Bei der Weltmeisterschaft 2007 in Åre belegte er im Riesenslalom den fünften Platz.
