Unter Selbstbewertung versteht man:

  • in der Wirtschaft: ein Verfahren, das von der EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) im Qualitätsmanagement zur Bewertung der Kriterien innerhalb des EFQM-Modell für Business Excellence eingeführt wurde. Es bewertet nach dem RADAR-Konzept sowohl die Prozesse und Vorgehensweisen als auch die Ergebnisse des Unternehmens. RADAR steht hierbei für Results, Approach, Deployment, Assessment and Review. Es werden also immer alle Perspektiven beleuchtet: ist ein Verfahren in sich schlüssig, wird es flächendeckend angewendet, wird es regelmäßig überprüft und ggf. verbessert und führt es zu den geplanten Ergebnissen?
