Die Sparteca (engl. South Pacific Regional Trade and Economic Cooperation Agreement, dt. Südpazifisches Handels- und Wirtschaftsabkommen) ist ein Abkommen mehrerer Staaten des südpazifischen Raums, das das Ziel hat, durch Handels- und Wirtschaftskooperation die unausgeglichenen wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen zwischen Australien, Neuseeland und den kleinen Inselstaaten der Region zu verbessern. Es wurde am 1. Januar 1981 von folgenden 15 Staaten unterzeichnet:
Am 30. Juni trat auch Australien der Sparteca bei, am 14. September 1989 wurde sie noch um einige Artikel ergänzt.
