Syl Cheney Coker (* 1945 in Freetown, Sierra Leone) ist ein Schriftsteller.

Sein wichtigstes Werk, erschienen 1996, ist der Roman Der Nubier. Das Werk wurde ausgezeichnet als einer der besten 100 Romane in Afrika.
