Tour of Japan

Die Tour of Japan (jap. ツアー・オブ・ジャパン, Tsuā obu Japan), kurz: TOJ, ist ein Radrennen in Japan. Die kleine Rundfahrt führt in rund sieben Etappen durch das Land. Seit 1996 findet das Rennen regelmäßig statt. Im Jahr 2003 fand auf Grund der SARS-Gefahr keine Austragung statt. 2011 wurde das Rennen wegen der Naturkatastrophe in Japan abgesagt. Von Seiten der Veranstalter hieß es dass die für das Rennen benötigte Infrastruktur zerstört sei.[1] Das Rennen ist Teil der UCI Asia Tour und hat die Kategorie 2.2.
