Gaspar Luigi Dionigi Bertoni (* 9. Oktober 1777 in Verona; † 12. Juni 1853 in Verona) war ein italienischer Ordensgründer und Priester. Er wird in der katholischen Kirche als Heiliger verehrt.

Gaspar stammte aus einer wohlhabenden Notarsfamilie. Als begabter Schüler trat er nach seinem Schulabschluss in das Priesterseminar seiner Heimatstadt ein und wurde 23-jährig zum Priester geweiht. Er wurde zum Spiritual des Seminars ernannt und wurde 1808 geistlicher Führer des Instituts der Canossianerinnen. 1816 gründete Gaspar die „Padri Stimmatine“, (dt. Priester von den heiligen Wunden (Jesu)). Die Mitglieder dieser Gemeinschaft, die 1925 päpstlich anerkannt wurde, unterstützen den Bischof in missionarischen und seelsorgerischen Belangen. Gaspar, der ein beliebter Volksmissionar war, erhielt von Rom den Titel „Apostolischer Missionar“. Er wurde von Papst Paul VI. 1975 selig- und von Papst Johannes Paul II. 1989 heiliggesprochen.
