Als erstes Unternehmen in Deutschland hat cash.life im Jahre 1999 Verbrauchern ermöglicht, ihre Lebens- und Rentenversicherungen zu verkaufen, statt zu kündigen. Neben dem Policenverkauf haben Kunden auch die Möglichkeit, ihre Lebensversicherungspolice zu beleihen, einen Privatkredit abzuschließen oder Anteile geschlossender Fonds zu verkaufen. Seit Mai 2010 können sich Privatanleger im Rahmen der cash.life Lebensversicherung an bereits bestehenden kapitalbildenden Lebensversicherungen beteiligen.

cash.life ist mit einem bisher angekauften und platzierten Policenportfolio im Wert von über 2 Milliarden Euro Marktführer.
