Ivo Welch

Ivo Welch (* 4. Oktober 1963 in Schweinfurt) ist ein deutsch-US-amerikanischer Wirtschaftswissenschaftler und seit 2004 Professor an der Brown University. Vor dieser Berufung lehrte er ebenfalls als Professor von 1998 bis 2001 an der University of California, Los Angeles sowie von 2000 bis 2005 an der Yale University.

Das Web of Science wies ihn 2006 als den am 54.[1] meist zitierten Ökonom aus. Ein Jahr später nahm er in dieser Rangliste den 57. Platz ein.[2]
