Der Johnson River ist ein 346 km langer Fluss im Yukon-Kuskokwim-Delta im südwestlichen Alaska.
Der Fluss entspringt aus einem unbenannten See westlich des Kukaklik Lake. Er fließt zunächst in südwestlicher Richtung zwischen Yukon und Kuskokwim River durch ein weitläufiges Seensystem, biegt am Unterlauf nach Südosten ab und mündet 24 km südwestlich von Bethel nahe der Mündung in die Kuskokwim Bay in den Kuskokwim River. Sein Oberlauf ist Teil der Yukon-Kuskokwim Portage.
Der regional verwendete Name des Flusses wurde 1949 vom U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey dokumentiert. Vermutlich ist der Fluss nach Eric Johnson, einem Prospektor, benannt. Die Eskimos rechneten das Gewässer dem Kvichavak River zu.
