Kenny Aronoff (* 7. März 1953) ist ein US-amerikanischer Schlagzeuger.
Biographie
Nach dem Abschluss eines Studiums an der Indiana University, in welcher er von 1993 bis 1997 als Professor der Percussion lehrte; konzentrierte er sich zunächst auf Jazz und Fusion und spielte bei einer lokalen Band.
Seit den frühen 1980er Jahren spielt er u.a. für John Fogerty, John Mellencamp, Tony Iommi, Elton John, Meat Loaf, Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Smashing Pumpkins, Bob Seger, Belinda Carlisle, BoDeans, Gregg Alexander, Vasco Rossi, Cinderella und Stryper.
Aronoff ist Endorser für Tama Drums, Meinl Percussion, Vic Firth Sticks, Remo Trommelfelle, Shure Mikrophone, Zildjian Becken und das Pearl Kick Port.
