Lewiston ist eine Stadt im westlichen Teil des Niagara County, New York in den Vereinigten Staaten. Im Jahr 2005 hatte die Stadt 15.281 Einwohner.[1] Benannt ist Lewiston nach Morgan Lewis, der von 1804 bis 1807 Gouverneur des Staates New York war.

Der Ort befindet sich an östlichen Ufer des Niagara River und somit an der Grenze zu Kanada. Südlich schließt sich die Stadt Niagara Falls an. In Lewiston befindet sich die Niagara University.
