Charles-François Lebrun (* 19. März 1739; † 16. Juni 1824 in Seine-et-Marne) war Herzog von Piacenza.

Der französische Staatsmann wurde 1789 Mitglied der Nationalversammlung, 1795 Mitglied des Rates der Fünfhundert und 1796 dessen Präsident.

Am 9. November 1799 kam es zum Staatsstreich durch Napoléon und zum Sturz des Direktoriums. Napoléon wurde Erster Konsul und errichtete eine autoritäre Konsularverfassung. Lebrun wurde von Napoléon zum Dritten Konsul berufen; Zweiter Konsul wurde Jean-Jacques Régis de Cambacérès. 1804 fungierte er als Erzschatzmeister (architrésorier de l'Empire).
