Die Northeast Division ist eine der Divisions im nordamerikanischen Eishockey-Profisport. Die Teams der jeweiligen Ligen sind in zwei Conferences unterteilt (Eastern Conference und Western Conference), die sich wiederum in Divisions gliedern. Diese Aufteilung gibt es sowohl in der NHL als auch in der NBA. Eine Division umfasst fünf Teams und in einer Conference gibt es jeweils drei Divisions.
Die Einteilung in Divisions erfolgt nach den örtlichen Lagen der Teams. In der Northeast Division spielen die Teams, die in der Nähe der östlichen kanadisch-amerikanischen Grenze gelegen sind. Die Northeast Division wurde nach der Ligaerweiterung 1993 als Nachfolger der Adams Division gegründet.
