Rebujito

Rebujito (gesprochen: Rebuchito) ist ein spanisches Mixgetränk aus Andalusien und besteht aus:

  • 1/3 Sherry Manzanilla und
  • 2/3 Zitronenlimonade oder Tonicwater
  • Dazu Eiswürfel und Minzeblätter.

Es wird gerne als Aperitif getrunken und ist sehr erfrischend durch die nussige Note des Manzanillas.

Je nach Region wird anstelle des Manzanilla auch ein anderer Sherry aus der jeweiligen Gegend zum Mischen verwendet. In Sevilla ist ausgehend von dem Cocktail sogar ein Speiseeis Helado natural de rebujito entwickelt worden.[1]
