Wirkstoffklasse Angiotensin II-Antagonist

Saralasin ist ein Angiotensin II-Inhibitor bzw. kompetitiver Antagonist. Es ist ein Angiotensin-II Analog, das Sarkosin-1 und Alanin-8 enthält – daher der Name (Sarkosin, Alanin, Angiotensin). Der Wirkstoff spielt im Bereich der Hypertonie und der Aldosteronsekretion eine Rolle.
