Der Waipapa River ist ein kleiner Fluss im Far North Distrikt in der Region Northland auf der Nordinsel Neuseelands.
Er entspringt etwa 15 km westlich von Kerikeri und mündet etwa 20 km südöstlich davon in den Hokianga Harbour. Rechte Nebenflüsse sind der Magapa River, Mangapukahukahu Stream und Kauriwhati Stream, linke Nebenflüsse der Pukatea Stream, Te Rereatuoro Stream, Whakanekeneke River und Utakura River. [1]
Einziger Ort am Fluss ist Rangiahua kurz vor der Mündung, wo der State Highway 1 den Fluss überquert.
