Dispur (Assamesisch: দিছপুৰ, Dichpur; Bengalisch: দিসপুর, Dispur) ist die Hauptstadt des indischen Bundesstaates Assam.

Dispur ist ein Vorort von Guwahati, liegt ungefähr 10 km südlich der Stadt und hat etwa 8800 Einwohner (Berechnung 2007)[1]. Mit der Gründung des Bundesstaates Meghalaya im Jahr 1972 löste Dispur die alte Hauptstadt Shillong ab.
