Eine Höhenplattform (englisch high altitude platform (station), HAP(S)) ist ein Oberbegriff für quasistationäre, unbemannte Flugobjekte in großer Höhe.
Die Höhenplattform kann zur Überwachung (Verkehr, Veranstaltung, Wetter) oder bei entsprechender Höhe sogar für Mobilfunk ohne die von Satelliten bekannte Verzögerung eingesetzt werden.
Derzeit (2004) sind alle Projekte in Entwicklung oder im Experimentierstadium. Als Trägersysteme sollen Flugzeuge oder Luftschiffe zum Einsatz kommen.

- CHHAPP - Composite Hull High Altitude Powered Platform (USA): Familie von militärischen und wissenschaftlichen Höhenluftschiffen.
- HiSentinel, Southwest Reseach Institute/USA in Zusammenarbeit mit US-Militär (CHHAPP-Projekt), Basis: unbemanntes Prallluftschiff, 44,5 m lang, erreichte am 8. November 2005 eine Flughöhe von 22 555 m (74 000 ft). Wird schlaff gestartet und bekommt seine Form erst mit dem sich ausdehnenden Gas.
