Konstantin Petrowitsch Feoktistow (russisch Константин Петрович Феоктистов; * 7. Februar 1926 in Woronesch, Russische SFSR) ist ein ehemaliger sowjetischer Kosmonaut.

Er besuchte zunächst eine Oberschule. Der Wehrdienst während des 2. Weltkrieges unterbrach jedoch seine Schulausbildung. Erst nach dem Kriegsende konnte er seine Schulausbildung fortsetzen. 1949 erreichte er seinen Abschluss an der Technischen Hochschule Moskau. Feoktistow arbeitete in den Folgejahren an verschiedenen Forschungsinstituten und wurde 1955 Kandidat der Technischen Wissenschaften. Ab 1964 erfolgte dann die Raumflugausbildung. Während dieser Zeit promovierte er zum Doktor der Technischen Wissenschaften. Als erster Wissenschaftler im Weltraum an Bord von Woschod 1 absolvierte Feoktistow vom 12. Oktober bis 13. Oktober 1964 einen Raumflug über 24,25 Stunden.
