Die Manilabucht ist der Hafen und der Anschluss an die Stadt Manila auf Luzón auf den Philippinen. Die Breite beträgt am Anfang 19 km und dehnt sich bis zu 48 km aus. Mariveles ist ein Ankerplatz im Norden und Sangley Point ist eine weitere Stelle der Cavite Naval Base. Im Norden und Süden der Bucht befinden sich weitere kleine Häfen.

Auf beiden Seiten der Bucht sind vulkanische Hügel, die von einer tropischen Landschaft überwuchert sind. 40 km nördlich der Hafens befindet sich die Provinz Bataan und im Süden die Provinz Cavite. Hinter der Bucht befinden sich mehrere Inseln. Die größte von ihnen ist Corregidor. Sie ist 3 km von Bataan entfernt und teilt den Eingang der Bucht in einen südlichen und nördlichen Kanal. Im Südosten befindet sich der Süßwassersee Laguna de Bay.

Sie war unter anderem Schauplatz der Schlacht in der Bucht von Manila. Diese Seeschlacht war der Beginn und die erste richtungsweisende Kampfhandlung im Spanisch-Amerikanischen Krieg 1898.
