Roxburghshire (Aussprache: [ˈrɒksbrəʃə]; Gälisch: Siorrachd Rosbroig) ist eine traditionelle Grafschaft in Schottland.

Im Westen grenzt sie an Dumfriesshire, im Nordwesten an Selkirkshire und im Norden an Berwickshire. Im Südosten Roxburghshires liegen die englischen Countys Northumberland und Cumberland. Roxburghshire ist nach der mittelalterlichen Marktstadt Roxburgh benannt. Die Grafschaft umfasst eine Fläche von 1722 km². Weitere bedeutende Städte in Roxburghshire sind unter anderem Kelso, Melrose, Newtown St. Boswells, Hawick, Jedburgh und Teviothead.

1975 wurde Roxburghshire ein District der Region Borders. Die Region Borders und ihre Districts wurden 1996 aufgelöst und in die Unitary authority Scottish Borders umgebildet.
