Steinhoff International Holdings ist ein deutsches Unternehmen. Das Unternehmen ist in der Möbelindustrie tätig.

1965 gründet Bruno Steinhoff in Westerstede, Niedersachsen, das Unternehmen Steinhoff. Mehr als 20.000 Mitarbeiter sind weltweit für das Unternehmen tätig.

1998 wird das Unternehmen neu strukturiert und Steinhoff International Holdings an der Börse in Johannesburg notiert. 1999 werden die Unternehmen Braecroft Sawill-Gruppe, die Megacor-Gruppe und die Cornick-Gruppe von Steinhoff Africa erworben. In Australien wird der Hersteller Panda gekauft.
