William Cameron Menzies (* 29. Juli 1896 in New Haven, Connecticut, USA; † 5. März 1957 in Beverly Hills, Kalifornien, USA) war ein US-amerikanischer Regisseur, Produzent und Co-Produzent, Drehbuchautor, Art Director und Produktionsdesigner, wo er für die Ausstattung und das Art Department zuständig war.
Besonders bekannt wurde er durch seine Arbeit in Der Dieb von Bagdad, in dem er als Ausstatter für die Spezialeffekte, das Dekor und die Kostüme zuständig war. In diesem Gebiet galt er in den 30er Jahren als Meister seines Fachs. Als Regisseur drehte er 1936 mit der H.-G.-Wells-Verfilmung Was kommen wird einen der Meilensteine des Science-fiction-Kinos. William Cameron Menzies war der erste, der im Rahmen der Produktion Vom Winde verweht 1937 die Bezeichnung „Produktionsdesigner“ erhielt.
