Alwin-Broder Albrecht

Alwin-Broder Albrecht (* 18. September 1903 in St. Peter (Nordfriesland); † 1. Mai 1945 in Berlin) war ein deutscher Marineoffizier, sowie einer der Adjutanten Adolf Hitlers während des Zweiten Weltkriegs.

Leben

Albrecht trat 1922 der Reichsmarine bei.

Als am 19. Juni 1938 Hitlers Verbindungsoffizier zur Reichsmarine, Karl-Jesco von Puttkamer, von dieser Position abgezogen wurde, übernahm Albrecht diese Funktion. Am 30. Juni 1939 wurde bekannt, dass dessen Frau, die zuvor einige Jahre in Argentinien gelebt hatte, dort jüdische Freunde hatte. Großadmiral Erich Raeder wollte darauf hin Albrecht aus der Marine ausschließen oder als Militärattaché nach Tokio schicken. Über diese Absicht Raeders kam es mit Hitler zu einer Auseinandersetzung der beiden. Hitler machte Albrecht in Folge zum NSKK-Oberführer und Adjutanten. Unter Reichsleiter Philipp Bouhler blieb Albrecht in Hitlers Stab. Albrecht wurde zuletzt bei der Verteidigung des Führerbunkers gesehen.
