Robert ist ein international erfolgreicher britischer Springreiter, der seit Juniorenzeiten in Nationenpreisen für Großbritannien reitet. 2003, 2008 und 2009 gewann er die British Open.[1]

Privates

Robert Whitaker ist der Sohn der Springreitlegende John Whitaker und seiner Frau Claire Barr, Neffe von Michael Whitaker und Cousin von Ellen Whitaker und William Whitaker.

Er ist verheiratet und lebt mit seiner Frau auf einem Hof in Belgien.
