Three Act Tragedy ist eine Langfolge der zwölften Staffel der britischen Fernsehserie Agatha Christie’s Poirot aus dem Jahr 2010 von Ashley Pearce. Es ist die Verfilmung des gleichnamigen Romans (deutscher Titel: Nikotin) von Agatha Christie aus dem Jahr 1934 und wurde in London und Umgebung gedreht. Bislang existiert keine deutsche Synchronisationsfassung.

Es ist bereits die zweite Verfilmung, die erste wurde mit Sir Peter Ustinov als Murder in Three Acts (deutscher Titel: Tödliche Partys) 1986 gedreht.
