Jewish Trust Corporation

Die Jewish Trust Corporation (JTC) war eine Treuhänderstelle. Sie wurde 1945 im Deutschland der Nachkriegszeit für die britische und die französische Besatzungszone gegründet, um insbesondere erbenloses jüdisches Vermögen zu erfassen und zu sichern.

Zu den Mitbegründern zählte Norbert Wollheim. Sie übernahm unter anderem auch jüdische Friedhöfe als Eigentum.

Zu den Rechtsgrundlagen gehört unter anderem das Bundesrückerstattungsgesetz.
