Lady Godiva war eine deutsche Band aus Arnsberg, die von 1994 bis 2006 bestand. Anfangs eine reine Irish-Folk-Band, flossen später in die Musik der siebenköpfigen Band Einflüsse aus Punk, Polka, Ska und Country-Musik ein. Sie selbst bezeichnen ihre Musik als „Irish-Folk-Punk“. Ihr bekanntester Titel ist One Whisky, der auf mehreren Samplern um 1995 veröffentlicht wurde.

Ab 1998 trat die Band auf mehreren Rock- und Folk-Festivals in Deutschland und der Schweiz auf.

Im Januar 2006 gab die Band ihr Abschiedskonzert. Seit 2008 tritt die Band in leicht veränderter Besetzung unter dem Namen Kings and Boozers auf.
