Jackie Holmes (* 4. September 1920 in Indianapolis; † 1. März 1995 in Indianapolis) war ein US-amerikanischer Autorennfahrer.

Jackie Holmes startete in seiner Karriere zweimal bei den 500 Meilen von Indianapolis, die von 1950 bis 1960 als Weltmeisterschaftslauf der Formel 1 gewertet wurden. Bei seinem ersten Start 1950 erreichte er auf einem Olson-Offenhauser mit einem Rückstand von 15 Runden auf den Sieger Johnnie Parsons Rang 23. 1953, wieder in Indianapolis, diesmal auf einen Kurtis Kraft 4000-Offenhauser, schied er mit seinen Teamkollegen Rodger Ward und Duke Dinsmore (Fahrerwechsel waren damals erlaubt) in der 166. Runde mit einem Leck an der Ölwanne aus.
