Der Teilstaat Melekeok der westpazifischen Inselrepublik Palau befindet sich im zentralen Osten der Hauptinsel Babelthuap. Hier liegt auch die gleichnamige palauische Hauptstadt Melekeok (Stadt).
Der aus den Dörfern (hamlets) Melkeok Hamlet, Ngerburch, Ngerang, Ngermelech, Ngerubesang, Ngeruliang und Ngerulmud bestehende 28 km² große Teilstaat grenzt im Westen an Ngaremlengui, im Norden an Ngiwal und im Süden an Ngchesar. Größter Ort ist der Verwaltungssitz Melekeok, der früher Ukaeb hieß[1]. Das gesamte Verwaltungsgebiet hatte laut Volkszählung von 2005 391 Einwohner[2].
Im Norden des Verwaltungsgebiets Melekeok, nahe der Grenze zu Ngiwal, liegt der Ngardok-See, der größte natürliche Süßwassersee in Mikronesien.
