Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan (PotashCorp) ist ein Unternehmen aus Kanada mit Firmensitz in Saskatoon. Das Unternehmen ist an der Toronto Stock Exchange im Aktienindex S&P/TSX 60 notiert.

Das Unternehmen ist weltweit der größte Produzent von Kaliumchlorid. PotashCorp ist des Weiteren der größte Hersteller von Düngemitteln für die Landwirtschaft.

Potash Corp wurde 1975 von der Provinzregierung von Saskatchewan gegründet. 1989 ging das Unternehmen an die Börse und wurde privatisiert. In den 1990er erwarb das Unternehmen mehrere US-amerikanische Produzenten von Kaliumchlorid: Potash Company of America, Florida Favorite Fertilizer, Texasgulf und Arcadian Corporation.

Im August 2010 gab BHP Billiton bekannt, dass es eine feindliche Übernahme von PotashCorp zum Preis von ca. 39 Milliarden US-Dollar anstrebe^[1], die allerdings nicht erfolgreich war.
