Bouloupari ist eine Gemeinde in der Südprovinz in Neukaledonien.
Die Gemeinde liegt größtenteils auf der Hauptinsel Grande Terre, aber auch weitere kleine Inseln vor der Küste gehören dazu.
Mit ihrer Fläche von fast 900 km2 ist sie eine der flächengrößten Gemeinden Frankreichs, ist aber mit zwei Einwohnern pro Quadratkilometer äußerst dünn besiedelt.
