Luis Morgan Casey (* 23. Juni 1935 in Portageville) ist Apostolischer Vikar von Pando.

Leben

Luis Morgan Casey empfing am 29. November 1959 die Priesterweihe und wurde in den Klerus des Erzbistums Saint Louis inkardiniert. Papst Johannes Paul II. ernannte ihn am 3. November 1983 zum Weihbischof in La Paz und Titularbischof von Mibiarca.

Der Apostolische Nuntius in Bolivien, Alfio Rapisarda, spendete ihm am 28. Januar des nächsten Jahres die Bischofsweihe; Mitkonsekratoren waren Jorge Manrique Hurtado, Erzbischof von La Paz, und John Lawrence May, Erzbischof von Saint Louis.

Am 18. Januar 1988 wurde er zum Apostolischen Vikar von Pando ernannt.
