Herbert Stanley Morrison

Herbert Stanley Morrison (* 3. Januar 1888 in London[1]; † 6. März 1965 in Sidcup), Baron Morrison of Lambeth, war ein britischer Politiker der Labour Party.

Von 1929 bis 1931 war er Transport-, von 1940 bis 1945 Versorgungs-, dann Munitions- und Sicherheitsminister, 1945 bis 1951 Innen-, März bis Oktober 1951 Außenminister. Er gilt als einer der Vorkämpfer der britischen Sozialisierungspolitik, besonders im Verkehrswesen.
