Das NH Chess Tournament war ein Schachturnier, das von 2006 bis 2010 jährlich im August in Amsterdam ausgetragen wurde. Spielort war das Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, das zur Firmengruppe NH Hoteles gehört. Finanziert wurde das Turnier von dem niederländischen Schachmäzen Joop van Oosterom.

Es spielten zwei Teams, bestehend aus jeweils fünf erfahrenen Großmeistern und fünf aufstrebenden Talenten, doppelrundig nach Scheveninger System gegeneinander. Der beste Spieler des Jugendteams erhielt eine Einladung zum gut dotierten Turnier Melody Amber im folgenden Jahr.

Das Jugendteam gewann mit 26-24 Punkten. Die punktgleichen Nakamura und Giri spielten einen Stichkampf über zwei Blitzpartien, den Nakamura mit 2:0 gewann.
